TriVium Systems and Jenne Announce Distribution Agreement

(Beaverton, Oregon, U.S.) - TriVium Systems (www.triviumsys.com) and Jenne (www.jenne.com) announced a distribution agreement under which Jenne will resell TriVium's Business Productivity Solutions in the converged communications marketplace.
Jenne, a leading North American distributor of business telephone and computer telephony products, will offer TriVium's CallAnalyst and SonicView product lines to the marketplace through its 20,000+ nationwide reseller channel.

As a result of Jenne's relationship with TriVium Systems, Jenne will be able to resell TriVium's SonicView call recording and CallAnalyst call management product lines. These products help businesses to effectively oversee call volumes, instantly analyze call information and contents through reports and recording software, rate agent calls according to multiple criteria and obtain call alerts via e-mail, pager or screen pop-up, among other applications. TriVium's products are scalable, flexible and affordable, and are well suited for small- to medium-sized business and multi-site businesses. According to Mr. Manaloor “Jenne can now fill some of the gaps in its product portfolio and also focus on solutions sales with this relationship.”
