TriVium extends CallAnalystSonic product line to support Analog CO trunks

TriVium’s CallAnalystSonic product line is a Turn-key solution that provides integrated call reporting and trunk side call recording in one server. The product records PRI and Analog trunks and provides high levels of scalability with its various server options. With integrated call recording and call reporting, customers do not need to have two different servers and applications bringing down the maintenance costs and overheads as well as training costs associated with these applications.
