TriVium Releases SonicView IP recording solution

TriVium Systems, Inc., a leading provider of Business Productivity solutions for the Converged Communications marketplace, today added IP call recording capabilities to its SonicView product line.

SonicView was first released in 2006 as an adapter based solution. In 2007, TriVium released centralized digital station side recording solution and Analog CO recording solution. End of 2008, TriVium made a significant progress by releasing CallAnalystSonic, trunk side PRI recording integrated with call reporting software.

SonicView IP recording solution is based on industry standard SIP protocol. The product offers various advanced features including selective recording, On-demand recording, providing links to recordings in pdf etc. The application provides a very intuitive web-based user interface that will help customers reduce quite a bit of training costs. The product also provides tighter integration with proprietary protocols specific to PBX’s including NEC, Avaya and Samsung in order to provide enhanced meta-data to search for specific calls.
