Overview

CallAnalyst Enterprise Server (CES) is a scalable and powerful Call Accounting and Management system ideally suited for large organizations with high call volume and for businesses with multiple locations.

CES provides tools for businesses to consolidate all of the telecom activities from various locations and enable the managers to view the report of their interest across all locations. CES supports heterogeneous environments with different PBX’s and Key Telephone Systems at different locations and real-time consolidation of call accounting data from all locations. The software runs at the central location and has the ability to monitor the phone systems at each remote location without needing any additional investment at the remote location. This provides a significant cost advantage to multi-location businesses.
